Autumn tarte flambée

In autumn it tastes especially good to combine savoury and sweet!
Try our variation of the autumnal tarte flambée!

  • 1 pck. tarte flambée dough from the chiller cabinet
  • 150 g vegan crème fraîche
  • 200 g pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • ½ apple
  • Vegan feta
Using the V3 vegetable slicer, cut the pumpkin, onion and apple into thin slices.
Then roll out the pastry and spread the crème fraîche evenly. Then spread the sliced ingredients on the tarte flambée. 
Season to taste and then spread the feta on the tarte flambée.
Now the tarte flambée can go into the oven for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees.

The tarte flambée is then ready to eat!
